Refund Policy

How refunds are paid

Refunds are returned to the account used to pay for the order. We cannot redirect a refund to a different card or account.

How long it takes

We approve refunds once a returned item reaches us, or as soon as we have confirmed a damaged or incorrect delivery. Paystack then usually returns the funds within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.

Delivery charges

Where an order was damaged, faulty or incorrect, the delivery charge is refunded with the item. On a change-of-mind return, the item is refunded and the original delivery charge is not.

Cancelled orders

An order cancelled before despatch is refunded in full, delivery charge included.
