Shipping Policy

We deliver across Nigeria. Delivery is charged at a flat rate by zone, so the price you see at checkout does not change with the weight of your order.

Zones and rates

• Lagos — ₦2,500, usually 1–2 working days
• South-West (Ogun, Oyo, Osun, Ondo, Ekiti) — ₦3,500, usually 2–3 working days
• Rest of Nigeria — ₦5,000, usually 3–5 working days

Timings are working days from despatch, not from when the order is placed. Orders are despatched once payment has cleared.

Tracking

You will receive an email when your order is confirmed and again when it is despatched. If a delivery is taking longer than the times above, contact us and we will chase it.

Addresses

Please check the address and phone number on your order carefully. A courier that cannot reach you will usually call before returning a parcel, so a reachable number matters as much as the address.
