Return Policy

If something arrives damaged, defective or simply is not what you ordered, we will put it right.

What we cover

• Items that arrive damaged or faulty
• Items that do not match what you ordered
• Items missing from a delivered order

Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange an exchange, a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer. There is no cost to you in any of these cases.

Change of mind

Unused items in their original condition and packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return postage for a change of mind is yours to cover; we refund the price of the item once it reaches us.

How to start a return

Contact us with your order number and, where the item is damaged or faulty, a photograph. We will tell you where to send it and confirm the refund or replacement once it arrives.

Refund timing

Refunds go back to the account you paid from. Paystack usually returns funds within 5–10 working days of us approving the refund.
